This Workshop: As the teams arrive they will be allocated to the current case and given an up to date police file. They must read through their instructions, sift through the mounds of evidence and set up a strategy as they utilise compulsory planning time given to them. Teams will be told of the need to assist the police, the CIA and the Federal Police to apprehend these criminals now operating in Australia.

Teams must work hard to open a nominated safe and complete the CLUEDO task that is inside. By finding the identity of the person that “drives the limousine and the person that deals pink diamonds” the powers that be will be able to swoop on their suspects. Throughout the program the teams will race to solve a variety of recreational or problem solving activities. As teams successfully complete tasks they will be given clues to the combination of the safe that hold further challenges.

In the safe will be the information needed to answer the 2 questions asked in the mission kit – who drives the limousine and who deals pink diamonds. Teams must work their way through all the information provided to come up with the correct answers. The first team to do so will be crowned CLUEDO Champions.

Personal Achievement and Resilience - A Day at the Races

The lights are flashing, the starter is at the gates... and they’re off!

This Workshop: Throughout the race meet there will be a full set of races run with everything from horses, dogs, trots and other specialty breeds battling to pass the finishing post first. Delegates will be given a period of time between each race to study the guide, compare the options and place a winning bet with the bookies. With bets such as on the nose, place, each way, trifecta, quinella, exacta, quadrella and daily double being accepted there will be no shortage of options for the die hard punter or the novice race goer at our betting ring. They will receive their betting stub and then move trackside ready for the race.

A large screen at the front of the room will telecast all races allowing the punters to see the action. With real horses, real callers and real jockeys battling it out this will be as close to the real thing as you can get. After each race the bookies will pay out to the winning punters and we will move on to the next race.

At the end of the race day our punters will undoubtedly have pockets full of cash. The final item on our schedule will be a famous race such as the Kentucky Derby or the Grand National. The horses will be paraded for all to see and punters will form syndicates. It will then be an old fashioned Calcutta as our syndicates buy, through auction, the horse of their choice. The race to end all races will then be run – with teams either ending up in the gutter or in the member’s tent.

“Show me the money!!!”

This Workshop: The objective of each team is to work together to grow a small initial investment into a big fat pile of cash. Here is a chance for each team to discover its unique competitive advantage and get all the way to the top by out selling the competition. How good will your team be when confronted by the unpredictability of the buying public.

By making their own way to various locations using the money given and public transport options, teams will be presented with some compulsory money making opportunities. With tasks as diverse as busking (oh where did those talents go), creating an artwork that can be sold, shining shoes on a street corner, putting together a flower arrangement that someone may actually want to buy or even trying your luck at the tables or on the machines of a casino. During the day each team will also have the opportunity to design and implement its very own unique money making strategy.

All of the challenges, designed to reflect your organisation's team building, sales and customer service objectives, will require commitment, persuasion and good team dynamics. The winning team - the team in line for promotion to your organisation's most senior ranks is the one that finishes the day with the most dollars. Depending on the wishes of the company a prize such as wine or medallions can be given or the sum of money created by all teams could be donated to charity to help those in need.

Leadership and Motivation - Raft / Chariot Regatta

This Workshop: Will take your team through a whirlwind of recreational or problem solving activities as the teams battle it out to earn the best possible equipment for their rafts. How much equipment will depend on the team's performance along the way. This is where effort will be rewarded with best teams getting first pick of the resources that are displayed in pre-arranged lots in the equipment gallery. Those that have been taking it a bit easy will be relying on the lots that are left plus creativity to carry them through.

The equipment gallery will contain some of the most sophisticated, nautical technology racing materials such as wood, bamboo, pvc piping, ropes, barrels and some other unknowns. It is with this that the teams will create their masterpieces. After all events have been completed each team and all members of your crew must now coordinate efforts to brainstorm, create and build their raft.

The highlight of this event is the actual race; teams present their creative machines at the starting line where it will become apparent that team
cooperation is the major strategy. Only one or two keen sea worthy members need get on the Raft to paddle it to victory, so not everyone needs to strip to their cozzies or fall in the water. With team-mates shouting encouragement, these skippers and navigators take on the race toward the final cannon, with some obstacles plotted by the opposition to be expected along the way.

This Workshop: The glitz, glamour and big bucks of the movie provides the backdrop to a team building experience that will expose more about the personalities of your colleagues than perhaps you ever wanted to know. Here is the chance to get all the way to the top by taking the shortcuts, clambering over your colleagues and indulging in every 'get rich quick' scheme around.

This program has been especially designed to combine subtle team building and sales skills objectives with very serious fun.

Teams will take their money won and earned during an earlier program, or money simply donated as they arrive – to the Oceans 11 casino and attempt to increase their wealth. The more money earned during the day’s team event, the greater the chance they have of taking the top prize at the end of the day.

At the end of the program each team will take their wad of True Challenge dollars and prepare to battle it out in the auction to end all auctions. Every delegate will walk away from the True Challenge Casino with a prize but only fate (and a certain element of skill) will determine its quality.
