Colours

The foundation of our workshops draws on the True Colours methodology. We blend this methodology with the latest research, theory and practical application within key areas to ensure content is up to date with the latest research in business studies, education and human behaviour.

IMPORTANT NOTE: True Colours is not a methodology that boxes people, rather it explains a blend of colours that influences a person’s behaviour, decisions, values and needs at any given moment in time. In its simplest form there are 24 different blends of behaviours, yet the philosophy can go far deeper than initially thought which you will discover when you use our suite of workshops. Contact us now to discuss your development needs.

Why Colours? Research shows that people connect and recall colour rather than highly technical formulas, symbols, words, and numbers generally associated with behaviour/personality/learning theory. This is one reason why True Colours will have an immediate impact on the whole organisation. True Colours offers a tool that can be easily digested with everyone in your business and when everyone is involved then you have the ability to influence your culture.
